The Vac-Tac system
The VAC-TAC system comprises a TEC 6300 or TEC 7300 spray tool with an extension lead, toolbox and VAC-TAC adhesive.
Equipment & Adhesives
The adhesive spray is applied with a TEC 6300 or
TEC 7300 pneumatic hand-held gun. These robust, portable tools can be adjusted to provide various spray patterns and weights of adhesive coverage.
There is no waste or nozzle blockages because the adhesive re-melts every time the gun is switched on. It is fully adjustable, making it suitable for both fine, accurate work and covering large areas.
Once reinforcement materials are laid-up, resin and vacuum feed pipes can be positioned with TEC 810 and CABLE TAC adhesives. CABLE TAC adhesive (purchased separately) is formulated to instantly grab the feed or breather pipe to speed this part of the lay-up process.
